Our Mission

The mission of Shiloh Baptist Church is to lift up Jesus as The Christ and Savior of this world; to empower men and women, boys and girls to become fully developed (spiritually, mentally, physically, and economically); to allow the Holy Ghost to serve as the spiritual catalyst and controller of worship whereby the church is worshipping God in spirit and in truth; and to evangelize the unsaved and the unchurched.

Our Purpose

The purpose of this body of baptized believers shall be to witness and tell all the world of Jesus and Him crucified so they too may be saved from the penalties of sin.

This church of baptized believers in Jesus Christ is founded on our belief in Jesus, as expressed on the day of Pentecost, in Acts 1:8, where Christ told His followers (those who believed in Him) to witness and tell all the world of Jesus and Him crucified, and confirmed again by Jesus in Matthew 16:16-18, and Matthew 28:19-20.

Our Goals

To use the Holy Bible as the undisputed authority, to rule and guide the church and its members To serve the immediate and extended community, through the preaching, teaching, and living by the Word of God (in our daily lives). To teach our children in the way that God would have them to go. To care for the mothers and fathers of our church and the community To establish programs and services that meet the needs of God's people in the church and in the community.
